Dunvilles 1808 Celtic Whiskey Shop Exclusive

Created from a modern blend of Echlinville single malt and pot still along with peated malt and grain whiskeys. The limited release of 405 bottles was matured in ex-bourbon casks for six years before being married for a further two years in Oloroso Sherry Casks. On the nose this whiskey is rich with vanilla and pear notes while the palate offers a soft cinnamon and citrus spice, along with complex flavour of stewed winter fruits.
